Within walking distance of the beach, the south-facing property immediately overlooks Saunton Golf Course (http://www.sauntongolf.co.uk/) and the sand dunes on Braunton Burrows. It is the perfect place for families, golfers, surfers or walkers.

Sleeps 8 - Two master bedrooms with a kingsize and single bed each, and one twin room.
2 bathrooms, and one en-suite lavatory and basin.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
TV, DVD player, Wi-fi internet access.
Central heating.
South-facing sun deck with outdoor dining and lounge furniture.
Spacious private garden, perfect for children or dogs, with direct access to the South West Coast Path and Saunton Golf Club, and adjacent to a quiet path leading through the sand dunes to the beach.
All of the major rooms in the property face south (with the exception of one bedroom), and the living room, dining room and largest bedroom all have direct access to the sun deck at the front of the house.

Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, but unfortunately we don't allow cats.
