The Living Room

 

The living room faces due south with fantastic views through the full-length glass windows that surround the room on two sides.  Sliding doors open out onto the sun deck area to allow you to appreciate the impresive landscape further.  Regardless of the weather outside the room is always very bright and warm.

 

The room is particularly spacious and has two large and extremely comfortable sofas, two armchairs and a coffee table.  All of these furnishings can be repositioned fairly easily, depending on whether your main focus is on the view from the room or on the entertainment suite (A widescreen television with freeview, and a DVD player).

 

 

 

 

 

The Dining Room

 

The dining room is adjacent to the living room and likewise faces south, opening onto the sun deck.  There is a large dining table in the centre of the room which comfortably seats eight people, or alternatively you can eat outside at the garden table which is just throught the dining room door. 

 

Also in the dining room there are stored a number of puzzles and board games with which children can be kept entertained in the evenings or on quieter days.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Kitchen

 

Surf's kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle - everything you need to produce any meal as easily a possible.    There are ample saucepans, kitchen utensils and serving dishes, and eight sets of all cutlery and crockery.  There is also a wahing machine. 

 

If you don't fancy cooking for yourself there are plenty of good restaurants in the area which are listed in the welcome folder you will find upon arrival, and there is also a book which includes suggestions and reviews from previous visitors on the best places to go. 

    

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bedroom 1

 

This delightful bedroom is at the front of the house and so has excellent views out over the golf course and sand dunes to the sea. 

 

There is a kingsized and a single bed in the room, as well as a dressing table, wardrobe and mirror.  There are also two chairs by the window from which you can appreciate the view. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bedroom 2         

 

Being at the back of the house this bedroom is the only major room in the house that does not have a sea view.  However, it still looks out over the side of the garden, and it two large windows mean that there is still plenty of light.  

 

As with Bedroom 1 there is both a kingized and a single bed in this room, but in addition there is also an ensuite lavatory and sink.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bedroom 3       

 

This stylish twin room is the smallest of the three bedrooms, but is plenty large enough for two adults to share, and shares the same fantastic view as the other rooms at the front of the house.  

 

It is not en-suite, but is directly across the corridor from the main bathroom and lavatory.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bathroom 1               

 

The main bathroom in the centre of the house is convenient for all three bedrooms.  The main feature of this room is the painting of a coastal landscape above the bath which is the work of a Royal Accademian artist. 

 

The bath and sink are in a separate room to the adjacent toilet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bathroom 2

 

The other bathroom in the house incorporates a shower a well a a bath, sink and toilet.  There is also a heated towel rail and a set of bathroom scales.
